The 12-inch by 12-inch Adhesive Pad-29-0386 (for the Expression machine 29-0300 only) is a self sticking pad that keeps the material being cut flat so that there is no tearing on the paper or vinyl. Since the pad retains its stickiness for a limited amount of cuts we recommend buying extra pads. The pads are also great for storing the paper or vinyl that has already been cut. Two mats included.
