Check sellers through Google. The smaller Cricut is between $100-$160. The “Expression” which has a 12″ cutting area can be priced between $190 – $340. I got the Expression during Black Friday sales for $188. You might even try Ebay.
I did this to my old mats and love the result. It actually works better than new mats. it doesnt tear or keep paper fibers like new mats do. I prefer this glue than a new mat. everyone should try it.
I have been using this technique consistently for the past 6 months or so ever since I first saw this video. It works GREAT! Thanks for the money-saving tip!
After all the goody is gone flip it over and use the other side. Because you can see the grid it makes cutting or lining up easy. I used in my Sunday school class for finger painting pad and that works to (sticky side up, usually just enough stick to keep paper from sliding.
Awsome I have so tried the spray glue it stinks and doesnt work! The Zig glue works great! Thanks so much for the idea!!!

I stumbled across the tip of using basting spray for the mats! It works great, and doesn’t gum up the blades…just my thoughts…
