Wal Mart has the best prices. Also look for sales at JoAnn fabric. I do see the cartridges on sale there and at Michael’s.
I went to JoAnne’s today and I believe the carts are on sale for around $38. I went the day after thanksgiving and bought mine at WalMart and Joanne’s for around $30. I bought Sure Cuts A Lot and now I don’t even miss the carts at all. SCAL is lots of fun and everyone is very helpful and generous. I am also a newbie. Only been doing this since I got mu Expression for Christmas. Have fun. I also hit Michael’s for the clearance 8 for $1.00 on paper.

I’ve found the best deals for cartridges on eBay getting them at half the price I would have gotten in WalMart.
