How To Transfer Vinyl Cut out with Cricut

I hope you can help me I have a doubt how to cut iron on vinyl with my Cricut
so I can applied to a tshirt with out having to transferet to a transfer paper you know like inverting or mirroring the image, can i do that with sure cuts a lot?
