Best of all if you find a friend with a Cricut or a Cricut Expressions (the 12x12 machine) you can share cartrdiges. If you enjoy scrapbboking or cardmaking then you will find this machine invaluable. It was well worth the money. I've loaned it out and let others use it and it has passed the abuse test. I was apprehensive about spending what little extra money on it, but it was well worth it. Now they have the new 24" Cricut. I wish I had one. But I don't know if it's worth it. It's a little pricey. I use my Cricut to do other things than scrap book. I love to make jewelry tags and gift boxes. If you do a lot of crafting it's worth it. I have the small Cricut. It was well worth the money.
