Well Proverbs 31 is our Inheritance we all were born with it! Sometime it takes pratice more than others but once you pratice it comes natural. Inside info I was the most disorganized person in the world so I thought and believed that for so long. I had a lot of abused as a child that I endured so once that healed the real me who God created started to bloosom and it totally change my life and I love it because that is who I am. Everycase is different this is was my case

Ofcourse I amd good with that stuff. I can make 12-20 meals in 4-6 hrs and freeze them.
