I have had this machine for quite some time and it sits on the shelf. I keep buying new mats and blades trying to get it to cut but it hangs on the paper and the paper slides all around on the mat. I bought about ten of the books and love the designs but end up getting only a couple of cuts per mat. It would be great if they could come out with a mat that would actually hold the paper down while it cuts. I have tried everything from decorative paper to cardstock and have had no luck. I tried again today with a new mat and it slipped and I didn’t even get one good cut. BACK ON THE SHELF IT GOES…….I would definitely sell it CHEAP……….

the cutting area is small, so you can only cut pieces of paper about 4 x 4″ and the paper almost always moves.

This product does not work, and I understand it can not be sent back. It willnot cut the thickness of the supplies that were sent with it. The little foam sheets. The worst part it was given for a Christmas gift. Thank You.
