Episode 174 – Homemade Bread and Cricut Tag


Hi Everyone! I am so excited to make a video on how to make bread from scratch. Of course I threw in a quick tag at the end for the bread bag. I hope you enjoy it. It turned out so super yummy, too! Music by Kevin McLeod.

    I’m excited you did this video! I make bread every week for our family’s sandwiches, sometimes twice if i make rolls or cinnamon rolls. I use “powdered milk” as a dough enchancer or conditioner, and for Whole Wheat Bread, I found I can’t do without the Wheat Gluten. It produces a higher fluffier bread:) ALSO, a tablespoon of vinegar (using 3 1/2 cups flour) also is a natural leavener, and is great for making a fluffy whole wheat bread. I may looking into that Bosche Machine! Thank you!!

    Hi girls!! Yes, you should be fine to leave those 2 ingredients out. It can take anywhere from 1-3 hours to double. It depends on how cold your kitchen is. If you are doing the warm oven like I did then it should only take about an hour or less.

    That is why I don’t put many of my homemade goodies on my blog or video. The BF and DHs start giving their girls a hard time. Sorry about that. LOL!! I just had so many requests. I will wait a few months before I show something else homemade. K? :)

    mmmmm…. I was like.. she’s freaking grinding her own wheat! mind you i had a tequila sunrise in my hands when i said freaking! My BF was like man she is a Holly Homemaker.. then add.. why can’t you make break like that! LOL

    My mixer is a Bosche and my wheat grinder is a Whisper Mill although I prefer the newer model called the Nutrimill.

    Really enjoyed watching your video Robyn……that’s one thing I have never attempted to do was make homemade bread, my mom does and gets on me all of the time that I need to LEARN….LOL
    You really make it look easy. Loved see your hubby at the end. Tell him that being on MPS’s camera comes with the territory as Mr. MyPinkStamper. ÜÜÜ
