Springtime Treats!

Spring is on it’s way, along with Easter, Mother’s Day and probably some birthdays, anniversaries, and other special days for you and your family.  Cindy Royal here to show you a cupcake holder that I created reminiscent of a big flower that can be easily adapted to any of your upcoming special spring days, made in any color schemes or themes.

Cricut & Crops of Luv

Have you heard about Crops of Luv? Crops of Luv is a non-profit organization that creates scrapbooks for critically-ill children, usually after they have completed a Wish trip or experience. Provo Craft is proud to be a friend and sponsor of such a great organization. Here is what Co-founders, Jody McNelis & Roberta Baker, had to say:

“We would not be able to do what we do without Provo Craft on our side. Where do we begin?!  Provo Craft has been so supportive of what we do.  Over the past year we have had several donations of productsz  and supplies from the Creative Xpress online store (FIVE palates to be exact!!!)  as well as a NEW Cricut Imagine with several ink refills, E2 Machines, a Gypsy, several cartridges, a Cuttlebug, AND even a new Expression for our satellite group in Canada.

Notecard Set for a Special Friend

Hello! Kristen here with a fun card set I have created. The crafting industry has really become popular in the last several years. I create with my kids, and family and friends often get the benefits of my crafting and baking forays, but I love sending surprise gifts in the mail to special people. I have someone in mind that I’m going to be sending these to, and I think she will be very happy to receive them. As a crafter of a different sort, she appreciates the hard work that goes into making a set of cards such as these. And to know that I am creating something that helps me share my passion for crafting with someone who might not be into paper crafts but understands the drive, is really important to me.

I used teacups and teapots as my theme, creating my cards with coordinating papers which are very vintage and floral. I also added the same flowers that I have spray misted, the same crinkled ribbon bows, glitter, inking and even the same diecut shapes behind all the teacups/pots. This keeps the set looking similar even though each main diecut is different then the others.
