Using Cricut Create a Critter and (optional) Peachy Keen stamps, I make a Valentine card for my sweetheart . You’ll see me use the gypsy and the “hide” feature as I make this card. and you’ll also see how I plan my card cutting using quadrants for the different colors.

Hello all! Kristen Swain here with a super fun and sweet gift you can create using your Cricut machine and some fabric. My kids are a little bit older, in their teen and tween stages, but I still managed to create a critter that charmed them both. I picked out fat squares at the craft store and matched all the colors to the brown fabric. What I didn’t realize was that it would be perfect to coordinate with my daughters room. He now sits comfortably with her pillows after she makes her bed in the morning. I cannot say enough how much fun I had creating this pillow pet, he is so cute and charming. What a great little gift for a young child, and since Cricut has an entire cartridge  of adorable animals (Create a Critter cartridge), you can make a whole zoo of pillow pets, perfect for both boys and girls!
