About a month ago I made a post about how I make cards for women with breast cancer. I wanted to contact provo craft, the company that makes Cricut to see if they would be nice enough to donate a machine for me. I would specificaly use it for making the cards for the ladies with breast cancer. I E-mailed Provo Craft and after you put in all the information it says they will contact me within 10 days on the status of my request. I have not gotten an E-mail it has been 30 days! I have checked spam folders and everything. I hear that the company has bad customer service but I would like at least an ANSWER and not waiting for months. What should I do now? call, write a letter? what do you think?

I need an embossing machine but since i already have the Cricut and many of the cartridges I feel it is spending good money for nothing if Cricut could come up with a solution for the expression. I love my machine but need the emboss feature

I am looking to purchase direct from Provo Craft, wholesale, but can not seem to find out how to do so. Can anyone help?
Folks, the purpose of asking this question is to get an answer. I do not need to be inundated with ‘answers’ that simply inform me of where else I can get these items, other than direct like I asked. Also, I do not need an ‘answer’ that tells me how much I can or can not buy when buying direct. I do not mean to be harsh, but some answers are not answers…but simply folks with time to kill and an opinion!

Has anyone else had this problem? how do you get the little bits fo paper off the sticky page…? Does anyone else know any tips or tricks or good uses for this machine? I wanted it so bad and now I am feeling a little dissapointed!

Thanks Deb, yea I have the tools, maybe I am not using them correctly!
