All About the Cricut

I am trying to decide which of the die-cut machines is the best value. I like the Cricut, but I don’t like how you have to buy cartridges for everything you want to create. I have read reviews and stuff about the other 2 machines I listed, but wondered if anyone here has ever used them. If you have, let me know what you think of them.

One review I read about the Wishblade said that if you can print it on your color printer, you can cut it with the Wishblade. Does this mean that if I print a photo of my child, I can cut it out?

I hope someone out there can help me out

Unfamiliar with both but would like to get something to cut vinyl letters with.
