Hi yes, i just got the Cricut design software for my Cricut exspression… i am updating the firmware…. so that i can cut onto the machine but everytime i update it, it goes through, and i click okay at the end and i click on the cut button on the screen, (computer) and it says i need to update it, it seems like its not goin through to the Cricut, any one else have this problem? i tried calling the tech support, but i was on hold for over an hour and got tired of waiting… hopefully someone can help me out, i tried updating it a few times and NOTHING is working…
