My Revamped Cricut Cartridge Storage System

Has anyone tried the Xyron Personal Cutting System?
I want to buy the Xyron personal cutting system to do scrapbooking and school projects but it costs about a hundred and twenty five dollars should i buy it? has anyone tried the Cricut electronic cutter? this one costs about three hundred dollars.

In case it didn’t show up, one is the Cricut Expression and the other is Cricut
Script Electronic Die-Cut Machine.
Specifically, what is with the inks in the qvc one, what are they for and are they a feature that the expression does not hold at all?? This is a key detail that I am basing my decision on which one to buy, so please don’t forget details on this part! Anything else would be great, too! Thanks!!
